Personal Training Client

What to expect for your first personal training visit:

What do you want to achieve? Meeting you and establishing what you wish to work towards is the most important part of our first session. I will complete a thorough assessment of your current flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness to allow us to map out the best way to achieve your goals. I use a functional movement screen(FMS) to identify your specific strengths and those elements limiting your ability to achieve your goal. This approach was initially developed to help athletes avoid injury and improve their sports performance. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability. The FMS is a great screening tool for people of all ages.

This 75 -minute session will allow time to discuss the results of the fitness assessment, map out the best plan to achieve your goals, and initiate specific exercises to begin your fitness journey. You will be provided with access to this custom program via email.
